It was a pleasant surprise to find that Claytown Kids Park in Snohomish has been recently updated and well manicured. It might be little but it sure delivers a lot of appeal. Its setting is as quaint as it’s town.
The Avenues of Snohomish are lined with historic homes of all styles and this park is just a corner of this lovely community. It is fully fenced with a grassy picnic area, fun play equipment and a fragrant lilac garden. A very well done pocket park, if you ask me!
Claytown is named for the brick factory that used to operate in this neighborhood in the late 1800s.
